Article 2 – Applicability

• Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op elk aanbod van pro-camera.nl en op elke overeenkomst die tussen pro-camera.nl en de consument wordt gesloten.
• Voordat de overeenkomst op afstand wordt gesloten, wordt de tekst van deze algemene voorwaarden aan de consument ter beschikking gesteld.

Article 3 – Offer

• Het aanbod bevat een volledige en nauwkeurige beschrijving van de aangeboden producten.
• Kennelijke fouten of vergissingen in het aanbod binden pro-camera.nl niet.
• Elk aanbod bevat zodanige informatie dat het voor de consument duidelijk is welke rechten en plichten verbonden zijn aan het accepteren van het aanbod.

Article 4 – Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

• The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
• During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
• Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in new condition and in its original packaging.

Article 6 – Returns

• Voor retourzendingen kunt u eerst contact met ons opnemen via  info@pro-camera.nl  .
• Na goedkeuring moet de consument het product volgens de instructies retourneren.
• Als aan de voorwaarden is voldaan, wordt het aankoopbedrag binnen 7 werkdagen na ontvangst teruggestort op het gebruikte rekeningnummer.
• De kosten voor retourzending zijn voor rekening van de consument, tenzij anders overeengekomen.

Article 7 – Prices

• The listed prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
• pro-camera.nl reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Article 8 – Delivery

• Pro-camera.nlwill exercise the utmost care when receiving and processing orders.
• Delivery will take place at the address specified by the consumer.
• If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified as soon as possible.

Article 9 – Warranty

• The statutory warranty applies to all products.
• The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.

Article 10 – Liability

• Pro-camera.nl is not liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages, lost profits, or lost savings, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

Article 11 – Complaints procedure

• Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described within a reasonable period of time via info@pro-camera.nl .
• Pro-camera.nl aims to respond within 5 working days.

Article 12 – Disputes

Agreements between Pro-camera.nl and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
