At Centraalalarm.nl, we strive to satisfy every customer. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the conditions below.
A product is only eligible for return and refund if:
The product is unused
It is in mint condition
It is in the original, undamaged packaging.
If the product shows signs of use, is damaged, or is no longer in its original packaging, we unfortunately cannot accept the return and no refund will be made.
The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase amount to the account number used for the order within 7 business days.
